No matter how cloudy it gets, the sun is always there and always returns! ~Seven Steps to Inner Power, by Dr. Tae Yun Kim

The wind is blowing again and the sky is getting darker. But the sun is still very much there and doing its part. Are you doing the same? Even in the stormiest of days, the sun is still there. Perhaps the day, is not as bright, but there is always light. Have an attitude like the sun, consistent and enduring. ~Dr. Tae Yun Kim

It doesn’t necessarily need to be Winter to have a stormy day.  Stormy days can be any day, especially stormy days in the mind, like stressed when late for an appointment and needing to stop 3 times on a 2 lane road for road construction, or any other negative emotion in our mind.  Just breathe, relax, and have a great day!
